Cancellation Policy

At Boon Ruk Sa Thai Therapy we appreciate that on occasions unexpected things can happen and you may have to rearrange your appointment.  We request that you provide us at least 24 hour’s notice to rearrange your booked slot.  We will always try to accommodate our customers in changing times.  However, we reserve the right to charge the full price if you fail to attend your booked appointment, or contact us outside the minimum timeframe above.

A full refund will be given if no suitable time slot is found and you have advised us within the above timeframe.

The reason for this is that when our clients book a slot, it automatically blocks out that time in the system removing the opportunity for a client to book that slot.

HOW DO I BOOK A TREATMENT

You can book a treatment on-line through our website at www.boonruksa.co.uk or you can call us, whatsapp or text us on 0735962732.

DO I WEAR UNDERWEAR DURING MY MASSAGE TREATMENT

At Boon Ruk Sa we are highly professional therapist and as such, we require all our clients to wear underwear.  If you don’t wish to use your own, we can provide you with disposable underwear for your visit.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS

Opening times are: Monday to Friday 10:00am thru 8:00pm

        Saturday 9:00am -thru 6:00pm

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your allotted time slot.
